The Social Market Collective Events was founded in November 2025 by entrepreneur and small business owner Caelin Porter, the creator behind the handmade jewelry brand Beaded For You Co.

After participating in countless markets as a vendor herself, Caelin experienced firsthand both the excitement and the challenges that can come with local markets — from inconsistent foot traffic to events that lacked intentional planning for vendor success. Through those experiences, she saw an opportunity to build something better.

The Social Market Collective was created with a simple but powerful mission: to design thoughtfully curated events that genuinely support local small businesses while bringing communities together.

Each event is carefully planned to create an engaging shopping experience for guests while ensuring vendors receive the visibility, organization, and foot traffic they deserve.
